Why krill is different
Why This Krill Oil Actually Works
Not all omega-3s are built the same. Here's what makes PureSup the one you'll actually feel good about taking every day.
Phospholipid Omega-3s
Krill omega-3s are naturally bound to phospholipids — the same structure your cell membranes are made of. That's a big reason krill oil is so easy for your body to put to work, compared with standard fish oil.
Natural Astaxanthin
Every serving delivers 600 mcg of astaxanthin, the antioxidant that gives krill its deep red color. It helps protect the oil from oxidizing, so you're not taking something that's gone stale.
Cold-Processed, Antarctic
Our krill comes from the cold, clean waters of the Antarctic and is cold-processed to protect its delicate omega-3s — no high heat that breaks down what you're paying for.
Third-Party Tested
Every batch is independently tested, so you know exactly what's going into your body. No soy, no GMOs, no gluten, and nothing hidden.

Real Stories, Real Results
Honest experiences from PureSup customers, in their own words.
Was really taking it for my eyes at first
I originally bought these because my eyes were driving me mad every morning, dry and crusty and I was using drops all day. I honestly wasn't even thinking about my heart when I ordered them. I had blood work again just over 3 months later and my triglycerides had gone from 236 to 164. I had to go back and check the old report because I couldn't believe it had come down that much. My eyes are much better as well but seeing that number come down is what made me keep taking them.
First time my triglycerides have actually come down
My cholesterol has been "fine" for years because I take medication but my triglycerides were always the one number hanging around high. Usually just over 200. I started reading more about it after seeing something about dry eyes because I have had the same problem for years. Last test was 147 which is the lowest I can remember it being. I haven't changed my medication or anything else. I'm 67 now and heart problems run in my family so this means a lot more to me than just helping my eyes.
I wish I had tried krill years ago
I took fish oil for years because that's what everyone tells you to take for your heart. Never really noticed anything from it and my triglycerides were still 218 at my physical. My wife actually sent me the article about the eyes because she was sick of me complaining about them every morning. I switched over to this instead. At my next check they were 156. I don't know why nobody ever explained to me there was a difference between fish oil and krill before. I'm still on my normal prescriptions and will stay on them but I'm definitely not going back to the old fish oil.
The eye part got my attention but the heart part scared me
My father had his first heart attack at 61 and my brother has already had a stent so I probably should have taken my own numbers more seriously. I mainly ordered this because I wake up with horrible dry eyes and sometimes have to stand there with a warm cloth before I can even put my contacts in. Then I checked my last blood work and saw triglycerides 241. Three months later they were 169. My doctor was happy with the direction they were going. The eyes are much more comfortable now too but honestly at my age the blood work is what I care about.
Something is finally going the right way
Been taking this around 4 months now. My eyes are definitely not as bad in the morning and I'm using far fewer drops than before. The bigger surprise was my blood test. Triglycerides are still not where my doctor wants them but they came down properly for the first time in a couple years. I don't want to exaggerate and say everything is fixed because it isn't, but something is finally moving in the right direction and I'm happy with that.

Frequently Asked Questions
What makes krill oil different from fish oil?
Krill oil's omega-3s are naturally attached to phospholipids, the same type of fat your cell membranes are made from, while most fish oil comes in triglyceride or ethyl ester form. Krill oil also contains astaxanthin, a natural antioxidant that helps keep the oil fresh. And because the softgels are small, most people find them much easier to take, with no fishy burps.
How do I take PureSup Krill Oil?
Take 2 softgels twice a day (4 total), ideally with meals. One pouch of 120 softgels lasts a full 30 days.
When will I notice a difference?
Omega-3s build up gradually. Some people notice more comfortable eyes and joints within a few weeks, while heart-related markers like triglycerides are usually best checked after around 3 months of consistent daily use. Results vary from person to person.
Will it give me fishy burps?
Most customers say no. Krill oil comes in small softgels and doesn't have the heavy, fishy aftertaste many people get from fish oil. Taking it with food helps too.
Is it safe to take with my medications?
If you take any medication, especially blood thinners, or have a medical condition, check with your doctor before starting any new supplement.
I have a shellfish allergy. Can I take it?
No. Krill are crustaceans, so PureSup Krill Oil is not suitable for anyone with a shellfish allergy.
